At this auction I went
the prices were high
and still there weren’t any items.

The pawnbroker said:
be a good boy pay your debts
and than I’ll give you a bucket of nothing.

It took me four years
to love a girl and see my love
transform into this box that I live in.

But suddenly
this shelter, this box
it ceased to be fitting.

Our haven is our hell,
but hell is alright, we have god on our side at least.

I curse the government
cause the little boy is dead
and the weapon is set and now firing.

But my hatred won't grow
without some brown leaves to show
that not so long ago there was life around here

that no matter where you stand
the chimes of the bells will make you feel sacred.
